Frequently asked questions
A discovery call is a free ~15 minute phone conversation designed to help you learn more about our approach and determine if we’re the right fit for your needs. It’s a chance to ask questions, share your goals or concerns, and get a better understanding of how we can help—before committing to an initial visit.
Your first visit will include a thorough consultation and movement assessment. We’ll take time to understand your history, goals, and any areas of concern so we can build a plan that’s specific to your needs.
We help patients with a variety of conditions including back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, hip/knee issues, chronic pain, sports injuries, mobility restrictions, and more. Whether you're an athlete or just want to move better, we’ve got you covered.
No! While we do work with many active individuals and athletes, we welcome patients of all ages and activity levels. Our approach is customized to match your goals—whether it’s lifting pain-free, walking up stairs confidently, or just feeling better in your body.
We offer a combination of chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, cupping therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, rehabilitative exercise, and more. Every treatment plan is individualized based on your needs.
Not necessarily. Adjustments are just one of the tools we use, and not everyone needs them at every visit. Your treatment will always be based on what your body needs most that day—and for some patients, that might mean never being adjusted at all
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for movement. Workout or athletic clothes are ideal, especially if we’ll be doing rehab or movement-based work.
You can schedule a discovery call, call us directly, or send us a message through our contact form! We’re excited to hear from you!
