Services & Modalities

At Revitalize, we take a full-picture approach to your health—looking at how you move, live, and train so we can treat what really matters.

Our Signature Visit is a focused, 60-minute one-on-one session designed entirely around you. Each visit may include hands-on soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustments, modern recovery tools, and—most importantly—movement-based strength and rehab tailored to your goals.

We start with a thorough history, movement assessment, and clinical exam to build a treatment plan that actually makes sense for your body and goals.

From there, we combine manual therapy with rehab-driven exercise—helping you feel better in the moment and build long-term strength and resilience.

We look for meaningful progress every session—less pain, better movement, and more control over your recovery.

Our goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and stay in the game.

Myofascial Release

A hands-on technique that involves applying firm but gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to help release tension, improve blood flow, and increase range of motion.

Rehabilitative Exercises

Techniques designed to build a foundation of stability, mobility, and strength to help manage pain, promote healing, and prevent future injury.

Chiropractic Adjustment

A sudden but controlled force applied to a specific joint used to restore proper motion, alleviate pain, and improve the function of the spine and surrounding structures.

Cupping Therapy

A form of alternative medicine used to decrease pain, improve blood flow, and decompress tissues by creating a vacuum effect on the skin, which lifts and loosens the underlying tissues.

Instrument-Assisted Soft-Tissue Manipulation (IASTM)

A therapeutic technique that uses specialized instruments to break down scar tissue, improve blood flow, and promote healing in soft tissues by scraping or gliding over the affected area.

Kinesiotaping

A taping technique that involves applying an elastic therapeutic tape to muscles and joints to support and stabilize the muscles without restricting movement, and to help reduce pain and inflammation.

Athletic Taping

A method of applying adhesive tape to support and stabilize joints, ligaments, and muscles, particularly during physical activity, to help prevent injury and provide support for recovery.
