With a deep passion for anatomy, sports, and helping others, Dr. Ashlee continued her education at the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in May of 2021.
Before opening her own practice, Dr. Ashlee worked in two high-volume chiropractic offices, treating a wide variety of patients. Through this experience, she realized that patients needed more time and a holistic, full-body approach to care. This insight ultimately led her to pursue her dream of opening her own practice, where she could provide a more personalized and comprehensive treatment experience.
Dr. Ashlee utilizes a movement-based approach to care, combining chiropractic manipulation, Myofascial Release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, cupping therapy, and rehab/strength training techniques. Her goal is to create confidence in movement and empower patients to move better and feel stronger. She believes that a resilient body, capable of smooth and pain-free movement, leads to a happier and more fulfilling life.
She is deeply committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care and strives to create an environment where every patient feels valued and inspired to achieve optimal health. Dr. Ashlee believes in the importance of healthy habits as the cornerstone of a vibrant lifestyle, and she works to inspire her patients to prioritize wellness in their lives. By helping them understand how to move more often and handle adversity, she hopes to empower individuals to unlock their full potential.
In her free time, Dr. Ashlee enjoys weightlifting, traveling, softball, and spending quality time with her friends, husband, and dog, Arya.
